Linwood,NJ 08221 wood floor refinishing

This floor that we did a wood floor reinishing on was for a family that just bought this home in Linwood,NJ 08221. There were some problems with the hardwood floor in the living room due to pet stains. We met with the home owner and went over everything with them and went over the procedures that we would use for the pet stains. As you can see that the previous owner painted Kilz on the floor over the pet stains before putting carpet down.when the new home owner rippedmout the carpet they were very surprised to see the paint and didn't know why, until we explained to them they were covering pet stains. Once we started the hardwood floor refinishing the pet stains were not sanding out so we used wood bleach to remove them and we had great success because all the pet stains came out which you will see in the before and after photographs. This entire rancher was hardwood except for the kitchen and bathrooms. This job was completed in 2 days. The hardwood floor refinishing process is sanding the floor 3 times, a hard, medium and fine sand. Once the floor is ready we applied sealer stain in golden pecan, followed by 2 coats of 100% oil based polyurethane, you can walk on the floors 6 to 8 hours after the job is complete and can bring furniture into the house 72 hours after we complete the job.
