This is a floor we started today and the floor was painted and these beautiful red oak floors were revealed once the floors were sanded raw. The floors were sanded 4 times and then a seal/stain was applied called Weathered Oak. We will return tomorrow to apply 2 coats of the Loba water base polyurethane.
