The pictures above are the before, sanded raw and then refinished, the floors will dry to a satin finish.

This floor is at a clients home that we have done work for before. We did one part of her home about 6 months ago and she called us to come back and refinish the rest of her home. We discussed refinishing and applying a clear seal coat and 2 coats of LOBA water base polyurethane. I did the estimate and they set up the refinishing project.

Extreme Floor Services started the job by going in and putting plastic up where needed and then we started our full sand. The floors are original to the home and they loved the Oak floors but wanted a refreshed look. We came in and completely sanded and then applied the seal and then applied the 2 coats of polyurethane.
