Description Of Work: I just wanted to let you know about the exceptional service provided by your vendor member, Extreme Floor Care (carpet cleaning in New Jersey). I did not hire this vender due to the issue that I encountered in my new home i bought in New Jersey, but that did not stop them from going above and beyond to make sure that I was directed to get the situation corrected.

Member Comments: Megan from Extreme Floor care followed up with me twice to make sure that a remediation company was contacted when I told her about a sewer back-up that had occurred two days after I moved in. She assured me that this was not a carpet cleaning issue and that the rugs and padding had to be removed. I wanted her to know that I did go through my insurance company to get this remediation done.
