Refinishing Oak hardwood floors Linwood, NJ 08221

This client was referred to us by a friend of theirs that we did work for and had me come out and look at their old oak floors. This client wanted them refinished to a lighter color because they hated the old dated look of the orange. We discussed refinishing and applying a Amber water base seal coat to the floors and 2 coats of LOBA water base polyurethane. I did the estimate and they set up the refinishing project.

Extreme Floor Services started the job by going in and putting plastic up where needed and then we started our full sand. The floors are original to the home and they loved the Oak floors but wanted a new lighter look. We came in and completely sanded and then applied the water base seal coat. We went back on the second day to apply the 2 coats of polyurethane.
