We had a contractor who we have worked with before reach out to us to take a look at this floor that was damaged due to water leaking in from the outside. The floor had to be removed and the subfloor needed to be dried out, wood was ordered and had to sit in the home for 3 days to acclimate before it could be installed. Once the wood had acclimated the wood was installed and then the sanding and refinishing were done. This floor came out beautifully and the contractor and client were thrilled.
