This is an oak floor that Extreme Floor Care just refinished in Hammonton, NJ 08037. This home was jut bought and the new Owners contacted us for a proposal to sand, stain and polyurethane their Oak hardwood floors. The pictures are off the floor before and after we did a full sand, seal/stain and polyurethaned. After meeting with them and going over all of their expectations we came up with a plan to sand their floors and stain them a chestnut sealer/stain and coat with a satin water base polyurethane. These floors as you can see in the before pictures are pretty beat up but came out absolutely beautiful and the client was thrilled with the outcome.
