This is a project in Somers Point that needed a full sand and refinishing. We met with the new owners and went over everything they wanted for their floors. This is a red oak 5/16ths face nailed floor that was covered in carpet for 30 years. We were hired to remove all carpet, padding, tacking and staples and then refinish the floors and stain them Weathered Oak with a Satin finish. The floors were in amazing condition with no stains except for where the small nail heads were which is very common for this type of floor.
