From the first call I made to the finished results, Megan and Joe did a perfect job sanding and refinishing our wood floors (2 bedrooms, family room and hall). The communications were excellent. They were on time and flexible with their schedule. Megan came out to meet with me at a time that worked for me. I received professional contracts and care instructions via email right at our meeting. Also, the same day I received their insurance certificate for workers comp from their agent. Once the job started I received Before, in process and final pictures of my wood floors. The quality of work was execellent and the house was left clean and dust free. We receive so many compliments on the floors...they transformed our home. I would use them again, and may very well in the near future.
