Description Of Work: Consulted with us regarding condition of the floors we wished to refinish. Over 3 days sanded, stained and finished floors with 2 coats of polyurethane. Areas adjacent to work area with protected with plastic tarps to prevent dust from spreading. Work area was left clean and trash removed each day.

Before the work began, Megan met with us to see the condition of our 90 year old floors. Brainstorming with her enabled us to come up with repair solutions for damaged areas of the floor. We didn't expect they could come out looking as good as they do now! We are so pleased that we finally decided to do this project and have such fantastic results!

This is an old oak floor that is 5/16ths thick and 2 inches wide and is face nailed in Margate, NJ 08402. This is how they use to install old hardwood floors. This floor was in really bad condition as you can see from the pictures but not to the point where it was not able to be brought back to life. The before and after pictures of this floor speak for themselves. They were absolutely astonished that their hardwood floors in Margate, NJ 08402 came out this beautiful. This floor was stained a color called Golded Oak.
